There are many different avenues for advertising your Workamping Opportunities on our main web site - www.workamper.com Online advertising can accompany your print ads, or be the basis of your Workamper recruiting. Our site averages 3 million hits per month, and over 75 percent of our Workamper subscriber base has a Plus subscription that provides them full access to the site.
The highly successful Hotline was created to give employers immediate access to Workampers in order to fill immediate openings (jobs starting within the next 2 months). The Hotline is updated each weekday (Monday through Friday). An employer can schedule a Hotline ad for one week or for two weeks at a time. When an ad is scheduled for one week, it is sent in the daily Hotline email to approximately 10,000 of our Workamper subscribers on the first day of the week. It is also posted on the Hotline page for seven days. Workampers also have the option of receiving job alert emails, so many Workampers may receive your ad in their email inbox right after it is scheduled and posted. The Hotline ad page can be found by clicking on the View Hotline tab once you are logged in to the Employer site. On the main www.workamper.com site, click on the Hotline tab.
The cost for a Hotline ad up to 75 words is $99 per week. You can schedule your ad for one week or two weeks at a time. Current EmployerPlus subscribers will receive a $30 discount on any Hotline ad placed. Current Employer Basic subscribers may apply one of their discounts to a Hotline ad (two $20 discounts alloted per year). Ads may exceed 75 words and will be billed at $1.50/additional word.
The preferred method to submit your ad is to use the secure, online ad form. Employers can easily find this form by clicking on the Place an Ad tab. On this form, contact information needs to be entered at the top so we can find your subscriber file, then select payment method, etc. Towards the bottom of the form is the box where you can enter your ad text. Please be sure to include how you would like Workampers to contact you for employment in your ad text. Once you submit the form, we will process your ad and send you a confirmation email. Hotline ads can be posted Monday - Friday. Your ad will be posted the same day it is submitted as long as it is received before 3 p.m. Central Time.
Once you submit your Hotline ad, you can Super Charge it for FREE! What that means is you can add an audio recording (up to 10 minutes) to supplement your ad. All you have to do is call the phone number provided and then give more details on your business, location, job positions, etc. We have created easy, step-by-step instructions. Specific instructions on how to Super Charge your Hotline Ad
A Featured Employer page provides an employer 24/7, year-round advertising of their Workamper Opportunities. It's a single web page that includes information you provide - which is usually an overview of your business/company, details of the Workamper Opportunities you have available, and how you would like interested Workampers to contact you to apply for your positions. Photos showing off your facility and Workamping environment are also included, along with your logo.
These pages are open to anyone visiting Workamper.com, as well as all Workamper News subscribers. Featured Employer pages are $900 per year. This includes 500 words of text and 5 graphics (logos/photos). For additional words and/or graphics, the charges are: $50/100 words and $50/additional graphic. Also included with the FE cost, is a one year EmployerPlus subscription ($102 value). Yet another benefit for Featured Employers is the ability to have a photo you provide running in the masthead (top section) of Workamper.com.
If you would like to have your own Featured Employer page, please send an email to jody@workamper.com and she will assist you. You will need to email to her the text you want included on your page and the images you would like to include. Images should be in a jpeg format. She will create the page for you and make it active once you have approved it. If you have the capabilities, you can create your own page using the FE specifications.

Banner advertising is not just for the big employers with big budgets anymore! Our banner program can be designed to fit any employer's budget. Banner ads can be run on our main site, www.workamper.com, as well on our sister sites - Workamper Community, Workamper Dreamers, WKN Forums, Workamper Employers. The two available banner sizes are 468 pixels by 60 pixels or 150 pixels by 150 pixels. Please provide your banner as a gif with no more than 4 frames or a flash file. Please note that file size should be no larger than 40kb. Workamper News can also design your banner if need be. We charge $50/hour for design time.
Banner placement is sold in 1,000 impression increments. For $2 you can purchase 1,000 impressions of your banner on our sites. One impression = your banner being displayed in the zone(s) of your choice. For example, a modest campaign of 50,000 impressions per month (1,612 impressions per day for 31 days) would cost you $100. Banners are invoiced on a monthly basis - we will mail/email you an invoice or charge to a credit card on file.

Career postings must be full-time, permanent supervisory, professional or management positions. The rate is $1.00 per word with a $100 minimum for 2 months. Multi-level marketing and "get-rich-quick"-type advertising will not be accepted. Ads are $1.00 per word with a $50 minimum for two-months. Logos can be added for $10, or photos for $25. This includes track operators, concession operators, race teams, sanctioning bodies, suppliers, vendors, contractors, media, etc. Advertising is available at the rate of $1.00 per word with a $100 minimum for 2 months, which includes one photo and/or logo. Non-government charitable organizations may place "volunteers wanted" ads on the WorkCamping for Charities web page at no charge for the first 50 words (additional words are $1.00 each) for 2 months. The Job Fairs/Interview Sessions page is open to all visitors of www.workamper.com You can find the page by clicking on the I am a Workamper tab then Find a Job. Workamper Interview Sessions are stand-alone recruiting events or mini-job fairs, custom designed to fit each employer's individual needs. They are held at locations such as motels and RV parks, primarily in Florida, Texas or Arizona, during the winter. However, some events are held on-site at the employer's facility. Exact dates, locations and other details for these events can be advertised in Workamper News magazine or on the Job Fairs and Interview Sessions page on Workamper.com.
