Workamper News magazine is printed bi-monthly and has a readership of 70,000. The magazine is mailed to subscribers and is also placed online in the issue archive that can be viewed any time by Plus subscribers. Employers can place ads in each issue. You do not have to be a subscriber to advertise, but it can provide you with discounts. The majority of the magazine is printed in black & white with color ad options as well. The online version is a full color PDF that can be saved, printed and keyword searched. Ads are organized by state and printed in zip code order.

Advertising must be submitted by 4 p.m. Central Time on the deadline day for that issue. The issue is mailed out and placed online approximately two weeks after deadline.

Plain Text Workamper Opportunities Ads

Help Wanted ads are the bulk of Workamper News magazine. Text ads are printed in black and white, on newsprint paper. The cost for a text ad is $1.50 per word. Current EmployerPlus subscribers receive a $30 discount on one ad per issue. Current Employer Basic subscribers can apply one of their yearly discounts (two $20 discounts alloted per year). The minimum ad cost for Employer subscribers is $25; the minimum ad cost for non-subscribers is $75. Ad cost is per issue. We require a credit card (Mastercard or Visa) for the payment of the first ad run by an employer. Future ads can be charged to credit card or we will email/mail you an invoice.

The preferred method to submit your ad is to use the secure, online ad form. Employers can easily find this form by clicking on the Place an Ad tab. On this form, contact information needs to be entered at the top so we can find your subscriber file, then select what issue(s) the ad should be ran in, payment method, etc. Towards the bottom of the form is the box where you can enter your ad text. Please be sure to include how you would like Workampers to contact you for employment in your ad text. Once you submit the form, we will process your ad and send you a confirmation email.

To draw more attention to your ad, you can add a logo for $10, per issue. ARVC members can run their logo for free - please just be sure to note that on the online ad form. At the bottom of the ad form, there is a place where you can upload and attach your logo if we do not already have it on file. You can also add a 2 pt black border around your ad for $50, per issue. To include this option with your ad, please check the border box on the online ad form.

Column Display Workamper Opportunities Ads

A Column Display ad can include text, logos, graphics or photos. These type of ads provide some extra white space and graphic appeal. The cost is determined by size. The width is our usual column size - 3.625 inches. The height is determined by you and the amount of information you would like to include. Ad cost is $80 per inch in height, i.e. a four inch tall ad = $320, per issue. This type of ad can be designed by you if you have a designer/marketer on staff, or the WKN graphic designer Jody can create some options for you. Preferred file types: PDF, TIF, PSD.

Column Display ads need to be submitted 5-7 days before the issue deadline to insure ample design time and/or to insure the submitted ad file will print successfully.
