| This was our workamping crew plus two managers, an owner, and Pele our greeter (the boxer). We had a great summer and could not have done it without our wonderful workampers! Thanks so much for your invaluable service. In our relatively rural area Workampers are our main source of source for employees and they are such wonderful folks. They also helped us get our Business of the Year Award.

| Thanks for doing such a great job with the Workamper News. We have 12 Workamper couples this summer and they have all worked out great. We couldn't run the park without them; they give us the maturity and professionalism we strive for.

| Just wanted to let you know how thankful we are to have the services of such a fine organization as Workamper, helping us navagate the often murky waters of recruiting and hiring employees. Your support is wonderful...you have answered our questions promptly and given us timely advice when needed. When our kids are grown (they are 12, 9, and 4, at the moment) we hope to be traveling Workampers! I suppose we do have some years ahead of us, though.
Thank you,
Chris

| That was the best $50 we spent all year!! We received our fist call within hours of submitting our (Hotline) ad - on a Friday afternoon no less! The response was great and we filled our open position in two days! We absolutely love this service!
Though we love hearing from all of your fantastic Workampers, we have to ask you to take our ad off of the Hotline. Thank you so much! |

| Hi Greg |
|
| I feel I must write and tell you about our experience with Workampers. This will be our second full season as managers of the Little Ponderosa. Last season through Workamper News, we were very fortunate to have the pleasure of employing John and Marie Schieve. This couple goes above and beyond the call of duty. Both guests and staff love them for their work ethic and attitude....nothing is too much trouble for this remarkable couple.
As employers, we go by the motto "treat others as you would wish to be treated", so we give our Workampers a prime waterfront site. After all, why should they be stuck on the least desirable sites? We ask for 25 hrs per couple for the site and utilities and then pay well over minimum wage for additional hrs....at least 40 each in July/Aug. In addition, they get free laundry, propane at cost and 10% discount on store items and two consecutive days off per week. We treat our staff like family and I am happy to say that John and Marie will be returning to us again this season along with a new set of Workampers. So I agree with what you said [in your recent email to us employers] "Put yourself in the Workampers shoes" and a good experience will be had by all. |

| Dear Workamper News & Staff, |
|
| I have a story to tell you about the experience we have had with Workampers. My wife Christina and I own a small RV park in the mountains of North Carolina. We have had some tough situations since we bought this property in 1997. Starting in January of 1998, we got flooded when El Nino was around and we lost 75% of our park. A couple of months later a set of Workampers just happened to drive in to the area to see if any of the parks needed help. They were Billy & Janie Moon from Florida, and they stayed for a couple days and then went to look at other parks. We did not think we would see them again, but a week later they came back to help and stayed for months.
Then in June 2002, we had a couple come in to help. They were Louis and Mae Cooper from Alabama and they stayed for 3 months. In July my wife started having bad head pains and I had to take her to a hospital in Atlanta where she was treated for migraine headaches. During the rest of July and August, our Workampers picked up the load. They worked in the office and ran the park while we were in and out.
In September and October came another set of Workampers Garry and Linda Yount, full-timers from Florida who jumped right in and just helped with whatever needed doing. They even stayed and helped us close down the park after the season was over.
After closing for the season we went to California to visit family and while there Christina’s head pain returned and the doctors discovered she had a brain aneurism, which the specialist said had bled sometime in the previous months. In February Chrissy had brain surgery and here again we were facing another season without both of us to help.
We were contacted by Roscoe and Carolyn Bayless of Texas and they were looking for a Workamper position for April and May. They were just like our other Workampers and jumped in and worked the office, maintenance, and whatever else needed to be done.
In June, July and August we had Dave and Nancy Tom from Arizona , and they did a great job as well. After this season started Chrissy could not be at the park, so the help from the Bayless’s and the Tom’s allowed me to spend a night or two with her.
Our little park is a Christian park with a lot of wonderful, repeat visitors who always ask about our Workampers…How are they? Where are they now? Are they coming back? These Workampers have no idea what they have done for us and what they have meant to our campers. These folks have all gone beyond the call of duty, at a time when we needed them most.
I just wanted you to know about some of the people who represent your organization. Are they Workampers or angels? To us it is quite clear.

| Just a note to say that the Workampers we hired last fall for this summer worked out beautifully. Not only have they been great helpers but have become good friends. They have agreed to come again next summer. Thanks again for your assistance. |

| As our tourist season is winding down I just wanted to drop you a short email to again thank you for all your hard work and effort in promoting such a great program and opportunity for so many people. We hired our first Workampers in April and boy has it worked out just super. We hired a great couple, sight unseen, and we just couldn't be happier. And the good news is they plan to return next season. We plan to use you in the future if it becomes necessary. It has been such a help to us since this was our first season to manage this 20 cabin complex. The key, still is, that if you treat your workers in the way you would want to be treated, success is inevitable. Best of luck to all of you at Workamper News and thanks again. |

| Dear Greg & Debbie, |
|
| ...We have had our biggest turn out yet. 80+ (Workampers) are here...working in 4 different departments. They have been real troopers! This year for the first time ever we had to exit everyone from the (speedway) stands due to weather... lightening, rain, wind, hail .... And everyone is still here!

| Hi Greg,
...Great job, by the way, in creating a very comprehensive, yet functional website! I've always found exactly what I've needed, first to renew my membership and then to submit the ad. ...And thanks for a great service to the campground industry. I've owned the camground for just over four years, and used Workampers for each of the past four seasons. I have had GREAT success...keep up the good work!
Sincerely, Diane Rogers |

| Dear Workamper Folks, |
|
| Howdy from deepest, darkest West Texas...THE BIG BEND. I just wanted to drop you a note to congratulate you on bringing this concept to fruition. It's a VERY cool concept, hits a VERY specific and clearly defined market, and has value to TWO markets; Travelers and Travel Industry Service. Well done!
My wife and I manage a 30 room 'Mom-and-Pop' motel and cabin accommodation in Terlingua, TX. That's 'way down in the bottom of the 'elbow' of Texas; Texas' Big Bend. Home to Big Bend National Park, Big Bend Ranch State Park, Elephant Mountain Wildwife Preserve, Black Gap Preserve, and the McDonald Observatory in Ft.Davis. The economy of Brewster County, a county nearly 8 times the State of Rhode Island and a population of a mere 15,000, is energized by just the sorts of people who'd use your service.
Furthermore, my wife, (Anna) and I are Travellers, too. We're going to be watching your site with interest, as Travellers AND as Travel Industry types. You've got a great product here. |
|
Sincerely,
David Huff, Mgr.

| Thanks so much for starting WKC. I'm sold... The Workampers I hired are making a big difference in my operation with their enthusiasm and knowledge. Never again undependable, bored, sullen teenage summer help! I've already had people contact me about the 2003 season! Great job. |

Thanks again.
